Website Redesign for a Local Business

We were approached by a small service-based business that had been using an outdated, non-responsive website for several years. The site was difficult to navigate on mobile devices, lacked visual consistency, and didn’t reflect the current brand identity or service offerings. The client wanted a fresh, modern online presence that would make it easier for potential customers to understand what they do and get in touch.

Our team began by evaluating the original site structure and identifying the main usability issues. We then proposed a new layout with clearly organized service categories, simplified navigation, and prominent calls to action. Since the client preferred to continue using WordPress, we selected a lightweight, customizable theme that could be tailored to their branding without unnecessary plugins or complexity.

We completely rebuilt the homepage to highlight key services with short descriptions and icons, added a dedicated contact page with an embedded form and map, and included a simple gallery to showcase completed projects. All content was rewritten for clarity and SEO optimization, and we ensured the site was fully responsive and accessible on all screen sizes.

To support the client post-launch, we provided a user guide and short video walkthroughs explaining how to update text and images in the future.
