Email Campaign Setup and Optimization Support

We worked with a small business preparing their first email campaign targeting a segmented list of warm leads. They had the content ready but needed help with campaign setup, testing, list hygiene, and performance tracking.

We started by reviewing the lead list and removing duplicates, formatting names and emails, and verifying validity. Then we created the campaign in MailerLite, including design setup (header image, responsive layout), call-to-action buttons, and GDPR-friendly footers.

We also set up A/B testing for subject lines, adjusted the timing based on target time zones, and configured automated follow-up sequences. After launch, we provided a post-campaign analytics report with open/click rates and recommendations.
