Document Formatting and Layout for Corporate Report

We supported a corporate communications department in producing a visually consistent, professional-looking report compiled from multiple contributors. The raw content included text in various styles, inconsistent headers, pasted charts, and unformatted tables — all in a single Word document.

Our task was to clean up and standardize the entire document: apply unified styles, adjust layout for readability, convert charts to a consistent color scheme, format the table of contents and page numbers, and ensure print and PDF export compatibility.

We followed brand guidelines and worked closely with the team to make real-time adjustments during internal reviews. The final report was delivered in both editable and print-ready formats.
